Grumman Avenger

The Grumman Avenger was an American carrier torpedo-bomber supplied under Lend-Lease and flown by the Fleet Air Arm (at first under the name Tarpon). A rugged and capable aircraft, it served in the Atlantic, off Norway and in the Pacific war against Japan.
