Notes
AJ-Z was flown by Squadron Leader Henry Maudslay against the Eder dam. His mine struck the parapet and burst close beneath the aircraft, which was seen to be damaged. It was lost on the way home, hit by flak near Emmerich; Maudslay and all his crew were killed.
