Notes
AJ-W, flown by Flight Lieutenant Les Munro of the RNZAF, was part of the wave bound for the Sorpe dam. Hit by flak over the Dutch coast, which knocked out its intercom and radio, the crippled aircraft could not carry on and Munro turned back; he and his crew returned safely.
