Stalag 357
Fallingbostel, Germany
A large camp on Lüneburg Heath, latterly at Fallingbostel, that held Allied prisoners including RAF aircrew transferred from camps further east. Many of its inmates were marched again in the final weeks of the war before the camp was reached by advancing British forces in April 1945.
