Notes
Wellington Mk X MF116 of No. 26 Operational Training Unit was lost on a night training flight in the early hours of 15 January 1945 (recorded by the CWGC as 14 January), crashing at Holt Farm, Featherstone Drive, Burbage, near Hinckley in Leicestershire. All six crew were killed. A stone memorial bearing a black tablet was later raised on the crash site — now within a housing estate, beside a car park next to a playing field on Featherstone Drive — and rededicated on the 60th anniversary of the loss.
