Notes

Lost on the daylight attack on the Dortmund-Ems Canal at Ladbergen, 1 January 1945. Four of the crew were killed and three taken prisoner. W/O Bates was a son of Sir Percy Bates, 4th Baronet, of Neston, Cheshire.
