Biography
F/L J.C. Elmhurst-Baxter served as the pilot of Lancaster PB126 with No. 625 Squadron, Royal Air Force. On 1 July 1944 the aircraft failed to return from the raid on Vierzon. He evaded capture and returned to Allied lines.
